20g - kale or spinach

20g - broccoli (rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals which have have antioxidant properties and help fight heart disease)

1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (high levels of “heart healthy” fats and antioxidants to help unclog arteries)

1 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon flax seeds

100g - sardines or wild salmon (high in Coq 10, contain heart-healthy fats know as omega-3, which have been shown to lower triglycerides, reduce inflammation, and decrease the risk of plaque in the arteries)


Method.

combine raw ingredients and cook on low heat in a slow cooker for 4 hours - this is to preserve nutritional value.
